Chris Brown arrest details
After not so shockingly getting arrested for assaulting a man, Chris Brown is continuing to sit in a Washington, D.C., jail cell. The 24-year-old, who continues to behave like a prepubescent, was arrested after attending a Howard homecoming afterparty and getting into a scuffle. He is expected to appear in court later today.
Brown’s alleged victim reports that the singer not only assaulted him but made a homophobic remark. The victim, who’s been identified as Isaac Adams Parker, 20, of Beltsville, Md., told police that he attempted to “photo bomb” a picture the singer was taking with two fans. Obviously none too pleased by the joke, Brown reportedly told Parker, “I’m not down with that gay s—” and “I feel like boxing.”
The man was then struck by Brown before the singer’s bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, a burley 6-foot-5, 240 pounder, reportedly jumped between them and also punched Parker in the face. Brown was then led back to his tour bus by Hollosy.
Parker has since said that his nose is swollen and bruised. He is expected to press charges against the singer who’s still on probation for assaulting his ex, Rihanna, in 2009.
So far Rihanna has commented on Brown’s most recent legal troubles, his on-again, off-again sidekick, Karrueche Tran, however expressed her sadness over the situation on Twitter.
