Former NFL cheerleader Elizabeth Garner will only serve probation for attempting to have oral sex with a 12-year-old boy. According to the NY Daily News, Garner, a former cheerleader for the Tennessee Titans, approached the boy while at a party at his parents’ home.

Garner fondled the boy’s penis and pulled down his pants while in a bathroom. She then asked the boy if he had ever been with a woman. The boy’s mother found out about the incident and called police. When authorities arrived, Garner claimed that she was drunk and thought the boy was a grown man.

Garner pleaded no contest to reckless endangerment and was sentenced to 18 months of probation. She will also have to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings twice a week.
