Cheryl Thomas is an independent makeup artist specializing in Broadway, Fashion, and Beauty. She was the Hair/makeup supervisor for Disney’s touring production of The Lion King, Makeup Supervisor for the 1st National Tour of Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast and Big River for Deaf West and Theater of the Stars. She has also worked on Tony Award-winning Broadway productions The Nance starring Nathan Lane, Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark and Leap of Faith. In Atlanta she has designed and maintained wigs and makeup for The Atlanta Opera, Opera Carolina, True Colors Theater, The Alliance Theater, The Atlanta Ballet, and Theater of the Stars. Nationally she has worked with top designers; Channel, Giorgio Armani, St. John and Carolina Herrera. Her Celebrity and Television clients include Loretta Lynn, TLC, Outkast, Alicia Keys, CNN, CNN International, NBC World of Sports, Entertainment Tonight, and the series, E! Fashion Emergency.
