Thanksgiving toddy: Angostura Rum ‘New England Fizz’ cocktail

New England Fizz


1.5 ounces Angostura 7 year

.75 ounces Simple Syrup


.5 ounces Fresh Lime Juice

2 barspoons Cranberry Preserves

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

2 ounces Sparkling Wine Glass: Champagne Flute Garnish: 3 Cranberries on a skewer

Method: Add all ingredients except for sparkling wine into a mixing tin. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Sparkling wine, garnish and serve.
