In an effort to promote his upcoming release Black Panties, R. Kelly has launched the “Black Panties Hotline.” Kelly recently made the announcement on his Facebook page:

Some will say this is genius marketing. Others will say it’s a bit much. One thing is for sure: the “Pied Piper” of R&B certainly knows how to keep fans talking.
Black Panties is scheduled to hit shelves on December 10.
