Start from the bottom up 
it’s very simple and easy to do, I do the same steps in my salon on my clients that need to grow their brows out before we can wax or tweeze to shape. 
Brow Wiz pencil in Medium Ash was used. This pencil is great to outline an arch and fill in holes or gaps in the brow. 
Apply brow powder to the entire brow arch to even out color and fill in. I use my brow powder to fill in rows and powder is always the most natural look. Combining pencil and powder creates the desired shape, along with a smooth finish that is not too dark. Thank you Diana
