Sharon Leal on the sisterhood in black Hollywood

Dream Girl actress Sharon Leal talked to rolling out TV on being at the Essence Black Women In Hollywood luncheon. She said, “This is an amazing community of women. I feel like every year I get excited about this event. It gets you recharged. We need each other. I’m so proud of everyone here.”

When asked about the importance of events like the luncheon Neal responded, “It’s about filtering out the negative, which is difficult in this industry. We have to work ten times harder. Leaning on each other, knowing we are all on a similar journey. It’s about  discipline and positivity. We are all proud of Lupita.”
