Did you know that this “beef” has been going on the better part of three years? Yeah, we didn’t either.
Though it’s been dormant for a while, it seems the war of words has begun to heat up again as Lil B just dropped a diss song and video from his new mixtape Hoop Life aimed at Durant called, of all things, “F**k KD.”
In case you missed it, because we sure did, the beef apparently started in 2011 when Lil B challenged KD to a game of one on one. Shortly thereafter, Lil B sent some subtweets that KD felt were aimed at him and KD took to Twitter himself and expressed his bewilderment that Lil B is even relevant.
Not much happened after that and things pretty much died down.
We’re not sure if Lil B was maybe watching Sportscenter recently, caught an OKC Thunder highlight, and he remembered that he never responded or what his motives are in bringing this back up after three years but here we are.
The bizarre video has Lil B on a basketball court shooting jumpers and lip syncing the song. Check out the bars: “He said that I’m wack? See me on the court/You won’t score on me if you talking about points/I love Roc Nation and I love Jay Z/But on the west side I’m screaming, ‘f*ck KD’”.
Lil B will never be considered anyone’s lyricist of the year, so we have to warn you the song quality itself is nothing to write home about. Nonetheless, check out Lil B’s video for “F**k KD.”
