5 ways to bounce back from a day of binge eating

Dieting isn’t easy. Temptations are usually readily available and easily accessible. You can’t undo eating an entire bag of chips but there are ways to get you back on track. Here are five ways to bounce back after a day of binge eating.

If you’ve scarfed down a burger and fries for lunch make sure your last meal is light and contains plenty of green vegetables.

Drink water. It seems pretty simple but water is the easiest way to help the body cleanse itself.

If you’ve eaten your way through half a cake, go for a walk. It’ll jump start your metabolism and you’ll burn a few calories.


carb free breakfast

If your binge was carb-packed, try to avoid carbs from your breakfast the next morning.

Don’t beat yourself up! You are human and some of our favorite foods are the most fatty. It’s OK to indulge every once in a while but don’t throw your hard work out the window.
