NeNe Leakes eliminated from “DWTS”
Monday was NeNe Leakes’ final night on “Dancing With The Stars” after the reality TV starlet failed to secure enough votes to stay on the program. Leakes, who has been looking like a mean girl lately on the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” reunion, received three 8′s and a 7 after dancing an individual Latin routine plus a second group dance.
Leakes, who was fighting alongside James Maslow to stay on the show, was ultimately eliminated after receiving the lowest combined total of judges’ scores and viewer votes from the previous week’s performance.
“I hope that I have inspired women all over the world,” said Leakes after her elimination. “This has been an amazing positive experience for me. I want to just thank my husband and my children.”
As Leakes was given the boot on the program, some Twitter users rejoiced and others expressed sadness that the housewife was going home.

Leakes and her partner Tony Dovolani appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning to dish on their final day of dancing.
