Peter Parker/Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) has his webby hands full as Oscorp (a shadowy company with questionable intentions) unleashes an army of opponents against him, the most dangerous of whom is known as Electro (Jamie Foxx, who taps into his inner bad boy for this role). Man-child Parker is in for the battle of his life with Electro, a bad guy who is much more powerful than Spidey.
Garfield is perfectly cast as the conflicted Spider-Man and Foxx should watch his inbox as filmmakers are sure to come a knockin’ after his scenery-chewing turn as an evildoer. –p.d. lee
