The X-Men tap the considerable skills of Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) to travel back in time to try to thwart an event that could have have disastrous ramifications for the human race and his transmutable colleagues.
Fans of the series will not be disappointed with this latest installment, but if you aren’t familiar with the characters, it may be tough to keep up, there are quite a few to keep track of, including Storm, Colossus and Beast. What’s not hard to track is the action — it’s hard-hitting and nonstop. –p.d. lee
