A father sent a strong message to a 42-year-old teacher who exchanged intimate text messages with his 15-year-old daughter. According to reports by Fox 45 in Baltimore, Maryland, the man and his wife discovered the text messages in their daughter’s phone.
The next day, the teacher showed up at the girl’s home without permission because he wanted to talk. The girl’s father asked the teacher to leave. But after the teacher insisted on discussing the issue, the girl’s father grabbed a baseball bat and hit the teacher. The teacher sustained minor injuries.
Once authorities arrived, the parents showed the text exchanges between the teacher and student. The police told the teacher that he would be arrested if he returned to the student’s home.
The teacher did not file charges against the girl’s father, but his relationship with the teenager is being investigated by the Crimes Against Children Unit.
