Former Falcons cornerback Asante Samuel placed his Ranches, Florida mega mansion on the market. After coming into the game strong, signing a lucrative six-year, $56 million contract with the Philadelphia Eagles several years ago, Samuel played his cards right, building from the ground up… literally.
One of the first money moves Samuel made as a new star athlete was building a 15,000-square-foot pad in Southwest Ranches, Florida, equipped with nine bathrooms, 13 baths, a 10-car garage and a pool area with a swim-in grotto.
Although Samuel was rumored to only have paid a couple million to build the posh pad, he is now looking to profit a cool $12.9 million from the sale. Not too shabby!
