Mama Joyce Agrees To Walk Kandi Down The Aisle
After last week’s big blowup between Mam Joyce and Todd’s mother, Sharon, Kandi meets up with her mom at her late brother, Patrick’s grave to try heal their fractured relationship. Kandi reminisces about how Patrick used to play the mediator between her and Joyce when she was a teenager, and she tells her mom she knows Patrick was her favorite. Joyce, however, explains that he wasn’t her favorite, he was just older and more willing to listen to her while Kandi was younger and still rebellious. Joyce admits that after losing Patrick, she became extremely protective of her surviving child, Kandi. As they leave the cemetery, Kandi says that she wishes Patrick could walk her down the aisle, but Joyce, surprisingly offers to do it instead.
