Singer-songwriter Frank Ocean has made major changes to his management team. According to BuzzFeed, the star has reportedly fired his management and his publicist for undisclosed reasons. Ocean is prepping his forthcoming sophomore album for release later in the year. Both Ocean and the fired management, Christian and Kelly Clancy, have declined comments about the report.
Christian and Kelly Clancy manage Odd Future, Mac Miller, Earl Sweatshirt, Solange, Tyler the Creator and Loiter Squad. They have managed Ocean since 2010.
Frank has also fired Life or Death PR as his publicity team. He’s now working with the Hollywood agency, ID PR.
While no details have been given as to why Ocean is making such major changes, it is being reported that he will post a statement on Tumblr later today.
