You can’t beat plain ole cute. While on a break from their ‘On the Run Tour,’ parents Beyoncé and Jay Z took their daughter, Blue Ivy, out for a walk Tuesday. They were pictured sweeping the stylishly dressed 2-year-old off her feet by swinging her. The tot was giving us hippie sports flower headband-adorned Afro puffs and floral dress.
