Last week, news broke that Karrueche Tran had broken up with Chris Brown for allegedly still holding onto his feelings for his other famous ex-girlfriend, Rihanna. But now a new report claims that it was the other way around and that Brown is the one who broke up with Tran.
As previously reported, the final straw in Brown and Tran’s troubled relationship came when Brown “liked” two fan photos on Instagram of him and Rihanna together, causing Tran to split with him.
But according to TMZ, it was Brown who initiated the breakup. Sources claim that Brown discovered that Tran was texting other men and sending them photos while they were still together. Brown was also allegedly angry that Tran would do interviews for their clothing line and end up talking about their relationship instead.
The source says that Brown was shocked that Tran’s people released a story that she dumped him and that he actually decided to dump her because he feels she’s an “opportunist” just using him for fame.
Well, it’s still unclear which story is true, but considering how dysfunctional their relationship was, it’s probably a good thing that they’ve broken up. – nicholas robinson
