For those that are unaware, one of the best times in America can be had at the annual Bud Billiken Parade, an almost century long event that celebrates children and Chicago’s African American community’s commitment to educating young people. Held in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville community, ‘the Bud’ is the second largest parade in the United States. Check out the pics for a hint of the good times.
