Aryiah Dalcour, 10-months-old, was drenched with freezing-cold ice water by her grandfather during the Ice Bucket Challenge.
Aryiah’s dad Claude Dalcour tells media, “Everybody I know was pretty much shocked and appalled… You don’t do that to an infant. He should know better.”
The Houston, Texas father happened to come across the video of the incident on the grandfather, his father-in-law’s, Facebook page.
Dalcour and his wife are going through a bitter divorce.
