J. Cole hasn’t forgotten about Michael Brown or Ferguson
Surprisingly, J. Cole was the only artist at the Made In America Festival who mentioned the Michael Brown situation and police brutality. J. Cole paid tribute to Brown and other victims of police brutality by showing a civil rights montage prior to his performance at the festival. It proved to be a thought provoking moment during a weekend-long party.
