Vengeance was hers, but she picked a bad way to seek retribution. Latiqwa Mayes, 20, was infuriated because the judge didn’t impose a stricter sentence on Donald Robinson for breaking into her boarding house and assaulting her friend.
On Sept. 2, 2013, she spotted Robinson walking down the street in Baltimore, Maryland, and yelled, “He raped me. He’s a sex offender.”
Like any father would, when her dad Willie Mayes heard her, he rushed over along with a group of teenagers playing basketball in hearing distance and held Robinson down.
