Black man killed by police was running away [graphic]

Muscogee, Oklahoma, police officer Chansey McMillin was called to a church parking lot to investigate a report of violent threats against a woman by her ex-boyfriend.  The ex-boyfriend, Terrance D. Walker, 21, had been threatening the woman for several hours. The woman was inside the church when Walker arrived, and police arrived shortly thereafter. When officers arrived, they began to pat Walker down, felt a gun, and he broke away and started to run.

It was the decision to run that cost Walker his life. The entire incident was caught on police body-cam. Warning: the footage is graphic and shows Walker’s death.
