While his ex, Katie Homes, is dodging the latest round of dating rumors, actor Tom Cruise is busy taking over the real estate world, by listing yet another massive compound from his property portfolio. According to The Los Angeles Times, Cruise is selling his Hollywood Hills home for a cool $13 million.
The property features a main house and guest house, a lagoon heated pool, spa, waterfall, wine cellar and picturesque city views.
