Brad James, who plays Todd on Tyler Perry’s “For Better or Worse” on the Own network, wants you to know the show will return for its sixth season on March 27 at 9 p.m. EST. Will you be tuning in? I know we are just coming off an all-time high from “The Haves and the Have Nots” and “Love Thy Neighbor,” but we just can’t get enough of these mini-series type shows.
Speaking of coming off a high; we’re pretty sure on social media somewhere this week we saw James in a clip being romantic with Cocoa Brown? OK, let me rephrase that sentence. Did we see Todd and Jennifer about to get it on like an old Marvin Gaye record? Of course it was during rehearsal for the show.
Now that Todd is a dad, he’s got some responsibilities awaiting him. Todd recently learned he has a son with a girl named Shawn. You think he and Shawn will get married this season? Todd does seem like the type to try and do the right thing. When Todd’s not busy being nosy, meddling in Marcus and Angela’s business or in the way at the “C Sports” show, he just might have some time to see what it would be like to “fall in love with the CoCoa” — in my thuga thuga voice. You will just have to tune in and find out. For those of you new to the OWN show, here’s a quick summary.
