Looks like the brass over at Spike TV have a hit on their hands with their new series, “Lip Sync Battle.”

An estimated 2.2 million viewers tuned in to the series premiere April 2, hosted by LL Cool J and Chrissy Teigen, to watch Dwayne Johnson take on Jimmy Fallon to make it the highest ranking debut for an unscripted show in the network’s history.

Spike also set a second record by pulling in a 1.3 share of the highly coveted 18-49 viewer demographic.

“The record ratings are indicative of the incredible talent and creativity of the producers and participants who delivered in so many ways,” Spike president Kevin Kay said. “We are incredibly encouraged by the balanced audience of the premiere as we continue our mission to target a broad viewership.”

Fans can look forward to more epic battles to come in the near future with guests such as Anna Kendrick, Justin Bieber, John Krasinski, and Ozzy Osbourne among others.

“Lip Sync Battle” airs Thursday nights on Spike TV at 10 EST.
