Justin Bieber wanted in Argentina, judge issues arrest warrant

Justin Bieber issued arrest warrant

The birthday roast Justin Bieber has not so much to celebrate 2 weeks later as an Argentine judge issues an arrest warrant for the Bieb and his bodyguards. Justin Bieber is going to be taught to be a Belieber yet! While Justin Bieber is busy romancing the stones on Instagram with Kendall Jenner, what he needs to be worried about is how to get his people to respond to warrant notices and summonses. When the judicial system in another country sends a summons out, you might want to respond to it regardless of what country you currently live in. Newsflash!  When they send for you — you better answer.

We know the Bieb pays too much money in legal fees for his attorney (since he always being summoned to a courtroom) to view such a legal matter lightly. Well, while the Bieber and his crew chose to ignore the email sent to a representative of his from the desk of an Argentine judge; that didn’t stop Judge Alberto Julio Banos from ordering “immediate detention for Bieber and bodyguards Hugo Alcides Hesny and Terrence Reche Smalls.

Nor did it stop the Argentine judge from issuing an arrest warrant for Justin Bieber on Friday, April 10, due to him failing to respond to the summons sent in regard to allegations that the Bieb ordered bodyguards to attack a photographer in 2013

Accused of sending the bodyguards to attack photographer Diego Pesoa outside a Buenos Aires nightclub, Bieber left Argentina and hasn’t looked back to address the issue or respond to questions about the incident. Are you kidding, Bieber? Are you understanding the penalty you would face under Argentine law? Let me break it down.

Under Argentine law, Bieber would face from one month to six years in prison if convicted on a charge of causing injuries. Pesoa’s lawyer implied the warrant would force Bieber to return to Argentina, according to comments to a local station, Telefe Noticias.
