Sarah Jessica Parker, who played Carrie Bradshaw in the long-running “Sex and the City,” has finally sold her $20 million Greenwich Village town house. After initially listing the residence for a whopping $25 million, two and a half years ago, Parker and her husband, Matthew Broderick finally unloaded the 20 East 10th St. property.
The Daily News first reported the sale, which broker Fredrik Eklund confirmed via Instagram. “This townhouse located at 20 East 10th St in Greenwich Village priced at $19.95M … is now SOLD!” he wrote.
In 2011, the A-list duo bought the house for a humble $18.995M before renovating the posh pad, but apparently never lived there. The original $25 million asking price was chopped to $22 million, with a final asking price of $19.95 million; not the most lucrative deal considering the renovations. At least it appears the couple was able to break even. For a look inside Parker and Broderick’s latest sale, hit the flip.
