Atlanta Jazz Festival’s 2015 ‘Late Night Jazz Concerts’ will take listeners on a journey

The 38th annual Atlanta Jazz Festival will be presented by the city of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs. The mission of the Atlanta Jazz Festival is to educate and entertain a diverse audience of jazz fans and to nurture the next generation of jazz musicians.


“We are excited about presenting the Atlanta Jazz Festival’s Late Night Jazz Concerts in the intimate setting of the Park Tavern. Our festival theme is a ‘Journey in Jazz,’ and we know audiences are going to enjoy taking a journey. We invite all of you night owls to join us for some great late-night jazz!” said Camille Russell Love, executive director of the Office of Cultural Affairs.


Russell Gunn’s “Blackhawk Revisited – A Tribute to Miles Davis” will take place on Friday, May 22 at 11 p.m. at the Park Tavern, which is located at 500 10th St. NE, Atlanta.

Lil’ John Roberts and his All Star Jam Band will perform on Saturday, May 23 at 11 p.m. at the Park Tavern, located at 500 10th St. NE, Atlanta.
