Flavor Flav was arrested early Thursday morning in Las Vegas on suspicion of driving under the influence, after he was pulled over for traveling 73 mph in a 45 mph zone on Interstate 15 by highway patrol. While we wish we could say that was all authorities pinned on him, we’d have a shorter list if we told you what charges he wasn’t booked on.

The 56-year-old rapper, who rose to fame in the 1980s with the politically oriented group Public Enemy was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, marijuana possession, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving with a suspended vehicle registration, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

According to Nevada Highway Patrol spokesman Trooper Loy Hixson, Flav posted bail of $7,000 and was expected to be released from jail late yesterday evening.

Just last year, Flav was busted for speeding in New York on the way to his mother’s funeral. When cops ran his license, they found it was suspended 16 times. He swore to a judge he fixed the problem, but that’s clearly not the case.

Flav has refused to comment on the incident.
