Who wants a private island when he can own Neverland ranch? The 2700-acre property previously owned by the king of pop, Michael Jackson, has been listed for a whopping $100 million!

The property, now called Sycamore Valley Ranch, features 22 structures, including a 12,000 square feet main home with six bedrooms and attached staff quarters. We can only imagine the price tag that comes along with the upkeep!

Listed by Sotheby’s and Hilton & Hyland, most of the telltale signs of its former famous owner have been erased, turning the property from a fun park into a grand estate. Realtor Suzanne Perkins told the Wall Street Journal that Jackson’s amusement park and his beloved exotic animals (including Bubbles the Monkey) have long been removed.

However, should a fan of the late star purchase the property, there is still a handful of signs that it was the Neverland Ranch. For example, its train and clock made from flowers that spells out “Neverland” have been retained and restored.

In 1987, Jackson purchased Neverland for a measly $19.5 million but moved out in 2005, following his acquittal on charges that he molested children at the ranch.

For images of the somewhat renovated property previously owned by Michael Jackson, hit the flip.
