Pharrell Williams has a snazzy new pad! According to real estate yenta Yolanda Yakkettyyak, the entertainment industry hyphenate made an under-the-radar purchase on one drooled over mini-compound in Los Angeles.
The gated and guarded property, priced at $7.14 million sits on 1.55 acres, about as high above Laurel Canyon as one can get. Property records show that L.A.-based architect Hagy Belzberg and his wife sold the property in late 2009 for $5.9 million–a record-setting price for Laurel Canyon at that time.
Although the listing details aren’t very specific concerning the square footage of the contemporary compound, according to the pictures, the glass-walled main house has at least four or five bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, a swimming pool, a self-contained two-story guesthouse and much more.
