Jarrell Milton is likely the youngest fugitive in America. The 12-year-old boy is on the run after allegedly murdering Jamymell Ray, 31.

According to WOWT in Omaha, the murder occurred last week when Ray and Charles Fisher, 30, met Milton, his brother Jamar Milton, 17, and Shuntayvious Primes-Willis, 15, at Miller Park. Ray and Fisher met the teens to sell them marijuana; however, Jarrell, Jamar, and Shuntayvious were armed and apparently trying to rob Ray and Fisher.

At some point, the drug deal went bad and the young suspects opened fire on Ray and Fisher. Each suspect allegedly had a gun.

Fisher was severely injured from the gun attack, but Ray died of his injuries after being rushed to the hospital.

Shuntayvious and Jamar were arrested and charged with first degree murder. They were denied bond Tuesday. But Jarrell remains on the run and is wanted for murder. Authorities are offering $1,000 for information that could lead to his arrest.

His father is a convicted killer and his mother, Iyanna Moss, also had trouble with the law. When Jarrell was a baby, she was convicted of felony assault. Moss has seven kids and most have spent time in foster care because of her prison stint.

Jarrell attended Benson West Elementary and participated in football and soccer. If caught, it’s likely Jarrell will be charged as an adult.
