Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally found a place to call home.
The couple recently opened escrow on a stunning $20 million mansion located in the same neighborhood as Kris Jenner’s family home, reports E! News exclusively. The estate, which sits on 3.5 acres, features two swimming pools, two spas, two barbecue centers and even its very own vineyard. Does this mean Kimye will take a page from Brangelina’s book and begin making their own wine? Just a thought…
As for their current residence, which happens to be under construction and just a few miles away, a source tells E! News that “They wanted more land than the Bel-Air home, so they are flipping that and will have the two homes now. — But they will sell that and move into Hidden Hills.”
Considering that Kimye is arguably one of Hollywood’s most watched couples, it makes sense that privacy is at the top of their must-have list. “They are such perfectionists that staying up-to-date with the latest appliances and home systems, etc., has been exhausting for them. They want to sell very soon, but they might just finish the house enough to get it on the market without trying to make it their perfect home,” shared an insider at the time. “They have no interest in becoming professional ‘flippers’ but rather have found the entire process exhausting.” E! News previously reported after news broke earlier this year that the duo put their $11 million home in Bel-Air on the market after just a year.
