Get ready for another Tidal exclusive.

The burgeoning music streaming platform, which recently celebrated crossing the one million subscriber mark, will soon put on what can only be described as a show for the ages in the name of charity.

According to the Huffington Post, the show, to be called TIDAL X: 1020, will feature Jay Z and many of the artists that are part owners of the service including Beyoncé, Fabolous, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Prince, TIP, and Usher.

Though being deemed “a tribute to fans and a call for action,” all proceeds from the show will go to the TIDAL X Fund at the New World Foundation.

TIDAL X: 1020 will take place Oct. 20 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY and live stream on Tidal. Tickets for the show are currently available.
