It looks as though Young Money boss Lil Wayne has had enough of the speculation surrounding the sex tape allegedly starring him and two strippers.

According to TMZ, the “Nothing But Trouble” rapper has assembled a legal team to fight the distribution of the tape and their first order of action was to send a formal cease and desist letter to popular gossip blog Hollywood Street King, which has posted clips of the video.

The cease and desist letter reads in part:

We hereby demand that you immediately cease the use, exploitation and/or distribution of the Video and that you deliver all copies, including electronic copies, of same to us or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of Mr. Carter’s rights in the future.

Wayne’s camp was initially hesitant to confirm that such a video existed, Wayne’s lawyers have insisted that the video be taken down from the site within five days or they will pursue further legal action.
