The roof was literally on fire at a recent birthday party for beloved rapper Snoop Dogg.
About 600 or so people were in attendance over the weekend at a celebration in honor of Snoop‘s 44th birthday at the (ironically named) Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California when a decorative chandelier burst into flames causing the party to end early.
According to TMZ, the fire broke out just before Snoop was to take the stage around 11:30 p.m. after overhead Halloween decorations were ignitied causing the sprinkler system to go off and shower surprised partygoers on the dance floor.
Though damage to the venue was described as “minimal,” the party had to be cancelled for the evening, but will reportedly be rescheduled in the near future.
