Boxer Yusaf Mack made headlines after he claimed he was drugged and forced to participate in an all-male porn. However, Mack may soon find himself in a legal battle if he failed to tell the truth about the encounter.
The gay porn site DawgPound USA has hit back at Mack by saying that he was never drugged and understood what occurred the entire time.
In a statement to Gawker, producers at DawgPound USA wrote, “DawgPound is a reputable company which has produced high quality videos of men-of-color since 2002. At no time have we ever coerced or drugged any of our models. The claims made by Mr. Mack are false, slanderous, and vehemently denied on our part. We intend to take all legal steps necessary to protect our good name and reputation against these patently false and preposterous claims.”
Mack, 35, recently retired from boxing and needed extra money to support his fiancée and ten kids. In June, someone on Facebook asked him if he would like to get paid to do porn and Mack agreed. Weeks later, he caught a train from Philly to New York where he met with a videographer and several females.
Mack says he thought he would be having sex with the females and decided to take pills and drink vodka. After taking the drugs and alcohol, Mack says he blacked out and he only remembered getting off the train when returning to Philly. Over $4K was in his pocket.
Mack said he forgot about the incident until someone showed him the porn film in October. He noticed that he was having sex with two other men. Mack claims he didn’t recall the sex act and says that he is not gay. He could file a lawsuit against the company if he feels he was drugged and forced to do a sex act.
But if DawgPound USA can prove Mack intentionally tried to disparage the porn company’s image, he would be forced to pay the $4K back and more.
