Since the 8th season of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” debuted a couple of weeks ago, viewers have watched as Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas’ marriage has crumbled under distance, lack of attraction, and an infamous video in which Thomas was seen touching another woman. Of course, the other “Housewives” have all chimed in on camera and thrown shade over Bailey’s broken marriage, but to everyone’s surprise, Bailey’s frequent enemy, Porsha Williams, recently weighed in on the marital strife and explained that she’s been supportive of Bailey.
In a new interview with RadarOnline.com, Williams commented on rumors that Bailey and Thomas might be headed towards a nasty divorce.
“They both really do love each other and really do want to work it out,” Williams said, denying the rumors. “I think that’s what they both want.”
However, Williams explained that she hasn’t exactly spoken in detail with Bailey about her marriage, especially since she and Bailey have been in several verbal spats and even a physical altercation.
“Cynthia and Peter haven’t always been my best friends because they kind of delved and got really involved in my personal relationship as they both did with Phaedra‘s personal relationship,” Williams said. “So I haven’t been really close to her to be like that person who she confides in.”
Although these two women aren’t at bosom buddies, Williams explained that she has offered up some advice to Bailey on how to save her marriage. Read what she had to say, after the cut.
