HOLIDAY COFFEE
1 ½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel
½ oz. Peppermint Syrup
Hot Coffee
Lightly Whipped Cream
– Directions: Add Jack and sugar to warm glass. Add coffee and top with cream. Sprinkle crushed candy cane on top. Buy a high quality syrup or crush candy cane and measure one cup, heat with one cup water until candy dissolves. Let cool and store in glass.
WINTER IN THE TROPICS
1 ½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel
1 oz. Pineapple Syrup*
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Fresh Orange Juice
Spicy Salt Rim**
– Directions: Shake all ingredients. Strain into a salt-rimmed, ice-filled, double old fashioned.
– Pineapple Syrup – Two parts pineapple juice/1 part sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved
– Spicy Salt – Equal parts kosher coarse salt and cayenne pepper
– Garnish: Fill a hollow half lime with high proof alcohol. Light on fire and cook a pineapple wedge dusted in brown sugar.
