Another day, another celebrity gets blasted by Twitter trolls.

In case you were wondering, Tia Mowry is not pregnant. For weeks now, there has been much speculation over the 37-year-old’s weight gain, with some social media users, alleging that the former “Sister, Sister” alum is expecting. But the actress put all the rumors to rest this week, during a sit down with HuffPost Live, adding that she was a bit offended by the gossip.

“I am not pregnant, I am just happy. I’ve gained these extra 10 [or] 15 pounds because of my cooking show,” explained Mowry, referencing her cooking series “Tia Mowry at Home,” on the Cooking Channel. “I’m just enjoying life, and when I want to drop the pounds, I will, but right now I’m happy with who I am.”

She continued, “But it is a form of body shaming, I will say that, and it’s pretty unfortunate … we live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect … why can’t we just be us?” This isn’t the first time Mowry has addressed body shamers, often turning to Instagram to call them out. Four months ago she posted a pregnancy test that read “just fat.”

“FYI. For all the people that think I’m pregnant. I’m NOT just enjoying life and eating and cooking some great food!” read the caption. “Thanks:) again I repeat I AM NOT PREGNANT!”

As for those obsessed with body image, Mowry said it “needs to stop,” adding people should try to build each other up instead of being quick to criticize. “We need to be more supportive with body images, especially with women, showing that all sizes are beautiful,” said Mowry.”And I’m talking about in magazines, advertisement in regard to what’s sexy and what’s not sexy. We all need to be a little more supportive of each other. I think if we start there, we’ll see a difference.”
