Best wishes are in order for Terrence Jenkins.
On Wednesday, Dec. 16, the actor and talk co-show host turned over a new leaf, as he said goodbye to E! News to focus full-time on acting and producing, a decision Jenkins described as “bittersweet.”
During a special farewell to the star, Jenkins gushed over the love for his co-workers and fans saying, “It’s been a lot of fun. Getting to come here everyday is truly a lot of fun … To be able to live your dream everyday, it’s truly been an honor.”
The Think Like A Man actor went on to thank everyone who works on E! News, from the producers, directors and writers to his glam squad. “Everyone’s been fantastic,” he continued, “and for everybody that’s out there watching, thank you for supporting me over the years. I think it’s important to grow and I think it’s important to never get comfortable in life. And whenever you accomplish a goal, you have to set new goals for yourself and you have to go after new challenges.”
He concluded, “This was a dream of mine and I was so fortunate to be able to live it with you guys, and now I have new dreams, and it’s time to go out there and get ’em.”
Some of Jenkins’ finest moments included chats with stars like Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, first lady Michelle Obama, Adam Levine, Kevin Hart, Ricky Gervais and many more. Up next, the “The Game” alum is set to star in the upcoming indie romantic comedy The Perfect Match, alongside Paula Patton, Kali Hawk and Joe Pantoliano. According to THR, the film explores what happens when a successful playboy meets his match. Sounds interesting.
Congrats to Jenkins on his continued success. We wish him the best of luck in the future. In the meantime, show him some love below.
