Back in November, Christina Milian revealed that she and Lil Wayne previously broke up because she caught him cheating on her with another woman. Later on, she even blasted him online for trying to keep in touch with her. But now it seems like Milian might have changed her mind about Wayne and gotten back together with him.
During this week’s episode of “Christina Milian: Turned Up,” Milian spoke with her friend, “WAGS” star Nicole Williams, about her breakup and current relationship status with Wayne and explained that she doesn’t like being apart from him.
“No matter what like even when I’m with Wayne like I try to give 100 percent like, ‘This is what it would be like if we were together more.’ The long distance thing works for me but at the same time I’m like OK I’m kinda ready for him to come out here,” Milian said.
Milian then discussed the infidelity and explained that she was most hurt by Wayne breaking her trust in him.
“Just recently we went through something and it was kinda like, it was the first time that it actually really really hurt me this time. It was a lie and it was with a girl, but it was really more about the lie,” Milian said.
Milian told Williams that “he wants to work it out” and that “he realized I wasn’t playing around this time.”
Wayne also sent Milian a bouquet of flowers during the episode and she explained that she appreciated the gesture.
“Well I wanted an apology and I guess I got a token. I mean this is definitely an extension, what is it called? He’s extended an olive branch. He’s giving me a sign of hope,” Milian said.
At this point, it’s unclear if Wayne and Milian are still broken up or if they’re continuing to work on their romance with each other. It’s also unclear when this footage was recorded. However, we’re going to keep our eyes peeled to see what else Milian reveals about their relationship.
