In case you missed it, on Wednesday, Jan. 13, Adele appeared on “The Late Late Show with James Corden,” where she sang a few of her songs, but also paid homage to the Spice Girls and Nicki Minaj.
In fact, the Billboard queen spit a few bars over the Barbz “Monster” track. Minaj on the other hand was so impressed that once she caught wind of the clip, she posted the performance on her Instagram writing, “Pull thru, QUEEN!!!!! #Adele #Monster the attitude & fingers to match. #Oh #Ok #IcoNIC I cried when she waved bye to the careers #Hello #BuhBye”

Adding, “Adele is mad ratchet. I can’t take her,” to her 20 million Twitter followers.

Now, if we could only get this dynamic duo on one track! Needless to say, it was all in good fun fun. “We had an hour penciled in for it,” Corden’s executive producer Ben Winston told Vulture. “But, she was having a great time and James was having a great time. And in the end, we filmed for a couple of hours.”
We’d have to admit, we’ve become a bit obsessed with “Carpool Karaoke.” Corden has now convinced some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, including Justin Bieber, One Direction, Mariah Carey and Stevie Wonder to join him in a car while singing along to their hits and other great tunes.
