R&B star John Legend and his swimsuit model wife, Chrissy Teigen, have snapped up a family sized pad in the Beverly Hills Post Office area that was once owned by superstar Rihanna. The three-story contemporary property, which sits behind gates at the tail end of a cul-de-sac, is 8,520-square-feet and contains five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. According to reports, the duo dropped $14.1 million for the mansion.
The residence also features an open floor plan, which holds a home theater, a gym, chef’s kitchen with two islands, a gym, an office, and retracting walls of glass, blends indoor and outdoor living spaces. Not too shabby!
In December 2014, the longtime couple parted with their 1,998-square-foot ‘60s modern home in the Cahuenga Pass area of the Hollywood Hills in for exactly $2K. You may recall it was featured in Architectural Digest in 2013. The pair also owns a 1,969-square-foot loft in the Big Apple. It appears, however, that the lot is currently on the market for $3.995 million.
