The ladies go to the Million Man March
Phaedra plans a trip for herself, Sheree, Porsha, and Kim to travel to D.C. for the anniversary of the original Million Man March. The ladies meet with several congressmen and discuss the issue of Black men and boys being targeted by police and falling through the cracks of society in today’s world. And Phaedra also discusses her own organization, which is focused on uplifting young Black men. But the most touching moment is when the ladies show up to the march and meet with the Mothers of Justice United, which is an organization comprised of Black women whose sons have been slain because of their race. The mothers recount the deaths of their sons and tell the Housewives to cherish and uplift their children while they still have the chance. And the moment is even more touching because both Phaedra and Sheree brought along their sons to experience the whole event.
