Wearing black dresses and adorned in pearls, the National Council of Negro Women Greater Atlanta Section’s members were installed during a ceremony at Ben Hill United Methodist Church located at 2099 Fairburn Road in Atlanta’s southwest community on Sunday, March 20 2016.
