Although details were initially scarce about why the couple split, new reports claim it was Jenner’s decision to breakup.
As previously reported, the couple reportedly split just a few days before the MET Gala. Although they kept hush-hush about the split, clues were given about their split because Tyga reportedly spent Mother’s Day with his mom and an unidentified model. Meanwhile, Kylie’s mother, Kris Jenner, noticeably left Tyga off an Instagram post she made on Mother’s Day in honor of the men in her daughter’s lives.
At the time, there were no details on why Tyga and Kylie split. But according to media reports, the reason for the breakup is that Kylie realized she doesn’t wan to be young and tied down.
According to sources, Kylie realizes that she’s an 18-year-old multimillionaire and that there’s a whole wide world out there for her to explore and have fun in before she decides to settle down with a man. The sources say that Kylie is intent on traveling the world for public appearances, but Tyga, who is focused on his music, allegedly wasn’t happy about Kylie’s need to travel.
The sources say that it became clear to the couple that they were going in different directions and that they both knew the relationship wouldn’t work anymore. Making matters worse is the claim that the couple has been arguing over “dumb stuff” ever since they had a mini-breakup last fall.
The sources say that Tyga has privately admitted that he has a couple of models “hanging around” him now, including the one he took to lunch with his mom on Mother’s Day.
