Designer Destiney Bleu is accusing Khloé Kardashian of biting her style.
In a tweet posted over the weekend, the “KUTK” star celebrated the success of her Good American clothing line with a star-studded video featuring several famous faces in various looks from her collection. “I always have the BEST time on set with my #GOODSQUAD! How many beautiful, kickass ladies can you spot in my @goodamerican campaign video?,” wrote Kardashian.

Not everyone was thrilled about the post. According to Bleu, the woman behind dbleudazzled, which specializes in custom crystallized clothing, Kardashian ripped off her work. Re-tweeting Kardashian’s video, Bleu wrote, “When someone buys 1 of everything on your site, has you make them custom @dbleudazzled work, never posts it or wears it, then copies it.”

Looking at the side by side images provided by the designer, Kardashian’s pieces could easily be mistaken for Bleu’s work. In fact, they’re practically identical.
According to Bleu, Kardashian purchased several pieces from her collection back in December. While she assumed the reality star had simply put them aside for a rainy day, “It was all being sent away to copy,” she tweeted.

“I had stylists friends working on the Good American set and they told me they were shook when they saw her black x nude @dbleudazzled copies,” she continued in a series of tweets. “Dazzle is my livelihood. I pay 3 rents, 5 employees & handmake everything. I did it w/no investment or guidance, I’ll always fight for this.”
She added: “I have an epic resume and have outstanding relationships with my clients. Im not sitting back and letting this snake shit slide…I know its prolly unprofessional of me to spill the tea but I’ve had it with these non creative millionaires stealing from indie designers.”
Good American released a response to Cosmopolitan, denying the claims, writing, “Under no circumstances did Good American or Khloe Kardashian infringe on another brand’s intellectual property.” Good American added that they are “going through the proper legal channels to handle the situation.”
Bleu revealed that she’s both “trademarked already and lawyered up”
Oddly enough, Kardashian’s sister, Kendall Jenner, was photographed in one Bleu’s designs in February. In other words, any line of defense insinuating that Kardashian isn’t familiar with the designer’s work is out the door.

Still, fans have already weighed in with their verdict and it’s not looking good for Kardashian.
“This is super foul. We need an explanation @KhloeKardashian. This is a straight rip off. You should have just paid Destiney & gave credit,” tweeted “friend” and filmmaker Matthew A. Cherry. “I can’t believe Khloe K copied @dbleudazzled x @destineybleu after buying from her… what a shame,” added another user.
