Please describe your leadership style.
My leadership style is democratic. Although I believe in being very specific in the results I would like to achieve and the timeframe to see them by. However, I encourage my team to be creative in their approach. I want everyone to feel like they are a valued member and give them the platform to showcase their genius.

Teamwork is important because everyone needs someone at some point in their life to help them achieve their dreams.
What social media platforms do you engage in the most?
Here’s the funny thing, I’m not a big social media user although I love the purpose of it. When I do use social media it’s mostly Facebook (especially for ads) and Instagram.
Social media plays a big part in how I get new clients and build an international audience for my business.
What is a professional achievement you are proud of?
The professional achievement I am most proud of is helping my clients fulfill their dreams of becoming full-time business owners. Now they are making a great living doing what they love daily. This is my purpose in life and it feels great to help other women win.
In your opinion, what is the key to success?
The keys to success are knowing your purpose, being passionate about it and persistent in your pursuit to achieve success. It is so easy to quit when things get tough. But, when you know where you are going and have a burning desire, you will be persistent in finding a way to make things happen against all odds.
Name a female business leader who inspires you.
Oprah Winfrey. I’m impressed by her journey and growth. She didn’t settle for being just a well-known talk show host. Oprah is consistently pursuing her dreams and takes on challenges with so much grace.
What is a quote or mantra that motivates you?
“If you want to accomplish something you must first expect it of yourself.” -Dr. Wayne Dyer- This is such a powerful quote because it reminds me that I must first see myself accomplishing my dreams for me to have the faith it takes to hit my goals.
